By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Overview

LUT Depot provides a membership-based digital service offering instant access to downloadable cinematic LUT (Look-Up Table) files. These are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase.

By creating an account or completing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Not share your account or membership access with others

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized behavior.

4. Membership & Billing

4.1 Automatic Renewal

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize us to:

• Charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis
• Renew your membership at the rate shown during checkout

You may cancel anytime through your Account Portal.

4.2 Refunds

Because LUT Depot provides immediate access to downloadable digital content, all membership payments are considered final.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Renewals and recurring charges are non-refundable.

5. Digital Downloads

Once your membership is active, you receive instant access to the LUT Depot digital library.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute LUT Depot files
• Post LUTs online or make them publicly available
• Claim LUT Depot products as your own
• Transfer or share your membership with others

Violations may result in the immediate termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All LUTs, website content, branding, and digital assets are the exclusive property of LUT Depot.

Your membership grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LUTs in your creative work, including commercial projects.

Resale, redistribution, or repackaging of our products is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account Portal.
Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue retroactive refunds.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us first at lutdepot@gmail.com.
Resolving issues directly ensures the fastest and most accurate outcome.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUT Depot is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Technical issues arising from the use of LUTs
• Incompatibility with third-party software or workflows

Our total liability will not exceed the membership fees you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of LUT Depot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
