LUT Depot provides instant access to digital downloads the moment a membership is activated. Because of the nature of digital goods, all membership payments are considered final.

However, we understand that issues can occur. If you experience a problem with your purchase, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Requests

  • Refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Requests are evaluated individually to ensure fairness and to prevent abuse.
  • If approved, your membership will be canceled immediately upon refund.

Renewals

Subscription renewals and ongoing membership payments are not eligible for refunds.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your Account Portal, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for past payments.

Unauthorized Charges

If you notice an unexpected or unauthorized charge, contact us directly at lutdepot@gmail.com before opening a bank dispute. Resolving the issue with us ensures a faster outcome and avoids delays caused by bank processing.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks or disputes opened with your bank without contacting us first may result in:

  • delayed resolution
  • temporary or permanent loss of access to LUT Depot
  • removal from future promotions or membership programs

We always recommend reaching out to us first — it ensures the fastest and most accurate resolution.
