We want you to be fully satisfied with your LUT Depot membership.

First-time subscribers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of their initial payment.

After 7 days, payments are generally non-refundable because LUTs are instant digital downloads and cannot be returned — however, we’ll always review your situation and do our best to help.

If you’d like us to review your refund request, please email us directly instead of opening a bank dispute.

We can take care of it way faster for you on our end — no waiting on hold, no back-and-forth with the bank, and no hassle. We’ll get your payment back to you quickly and keep the whole process simple and stress-free.

  • Date of the charge
  • Amount charged
  • Whether you’re a first-time subscriber
  • A brief explanation of what happened

We usually reply within 24–48 hours, but if it’s a billing issue, don’t worry — we bump those to the front of the line. If something looks off, we’ll handle it quick and make sure everything’s squared away. You won’t get stonewalled here — just real humans helping real humans.
