We want every LUT Depot member to feel treated fairly.

Because our memberships provide instant access to digital downloads, all payments are generally considered final, as outlined in our Refund Policy (Effective November 23, 2025).

That said, we know issues can happen. If you believe there’s been an error with your payment, a technical problem, or an unexpected/unauthorized charge, we’re happy to review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Each request is evaluated individually to ensure fairness and to prevent abuse.
If a refund is approved, your membership will be canceled immediately.

Before You Open a Bank Dispute

Please email us first instead of opening a chargeback with your bank.

Going through us directly is almost always:

  • faster than waiting on bank processing
  • simpler (no long hold times or back-and-forth)
  • more accurate, since we can see your account and billing history right away

Chargebacks opened without contacting us first may result in:

  • delayed resolution
  • temporary or permanent loss of access to LUT Depot
  • removal from future promotions or membership programs

We genuinely want to resolve things quickly and fairly — reach out to us first and we’ll do our best to help.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your LUT Depot account email
  • Date of the charge
  • Amount charged
  • Whether this was your first time subscribing
  • A brief explanation of what happened (billing error, technical issue, unauthorized charge, etc.)

We typically reply within 24–48 hours, and we prioritize billing issues so they’re handled as quickly as possible. You won’t get stonewalled here — just real humans helping real humans.
